WHO DO YOU WORK WITH?

You're ready to go from hobbyist to professional business owner. You want to be seen as an expert in your clients eyes. You're ready to get out of struggle more and start working with serious clients. Most of my clients have not worked with a designer before, and have often DIY'ed their current brand or purchased a pre-made version off of etsy. I'll walk you through every step, guiding you on how to elevate your business and be seen as that expert. 

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOU

At the very core, you relate to me and were nodding your head the entire time you reading my about page. We will be working closely together throughout this process so it's important that we like each other, and most of all, that you trust me. You feel a little confused, and overwhelmed at the thought of all of this, and that's totally normal. During our consult call we will go over the process in detail,  answer any questions you have, and most of all, get to know each other a little bit! (And it's totally free, so you don't have to feel pressured). 

HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED A RE-BRAND?

You have big things on the horizon, lots of plans for how you want your business to grow and change. Maybe even increase those prices of yours so you can work with your dream clients. But you know that your current brand isn't going to get you there. You need to look polished and professional if you're going to make these big business decisions. If that sounds like you, let's chat!

WHAT IF I CAN'T AFFORD YOUR PACKAGES?

Investing in your business is so important to ensure you're booking your dream clients and making those sales! I work with every client to come up with a realistic payment plan to make sure you can invest in your brand and business. 

I REALLY LIKE SO-AND-SO'S LOGO, CAN I GET ONE JUST LIKE THEIRS? 

No, I suspect you aren’t just like them, therefore a logo just like theirs would not genuinely reflect who you are. It's very important to take the time to craft your brand and ensure it attracts YOUR dream clients. We will work together to ensure that your brand reflects YOU, and is unique.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Your project will take 4 weeks to complete. A detailed project timeline will be discussed after booking. In order to ensure that we finish the project in time, I ask that you make yourself fully available. The faster you are able to make decisions, and give me feedback, the faster the project will go. 

HOW CAN I PAY?

I require 50% of the project payment up front to secure your spot. The remaining 30% of the project is due half way through, and the remaining 20% is due before the project closes. Payment can be made by interact e-transfer, cheque or credit card. Note: specific payment details may vary for each project and we can work out a payment plan if needed. 

WHEN DO I GET THE FILES?

All files from the project will be handed over once the final payment has been relieved. All your files will be in a google drive folder for you to download!

WHAT FILES ARE INCLUDED?

You will receive web and print ready files of your logo and collateral. This includes .png, .jpeg, .eps of your logo files, and .jpeg, .png, and .pdf of your collateral (this may vary depending on what the collateral item is). Working files are included for all of your project documents. 

WHAT IF I NEED HELP AFTER THE PROJECT ENDS?

I offer support for all of my clients for two-weeks after the project closes. Using a new brand can be overwhelming, but I do my best to ensure that you are confident and comfortable with it when the project closes.
