some kind words from past clients

The process has been amazing and I love how thorough it was. I felt as though you worked hard to get to know me so that you could provide me the best design for my brand and you did!
— Chelsea, Making Home Base
Before I started working with Megan, I wasn’t thrilled with my brand. It felt slightly cold and immature. Now, I feel it represents the balance of energy and creativity and knowledge and experience. It feels more approachable and mature.

I loved working with Megan! The end product was worth the initial effort and the final product exceeded my expectations! I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Megan again. In fact, I have hired her to design my new magazine.

As a marketing professional, having a strong brand is important to connecting with your audience. I think that with Bourbon & Honey’s new look and feel, I can give my clients and readers an exceptional experience, both online and offline.

MeganAug2017-047.jpg

i’m all about making the complex, simple.

MY JOB IS TO FIND THE PERFECT MATCH BETWEEN PRETTY AND SMART DESIGN.

Your new website will not only look damn good, it will be easy for you to edit, guide your audience through every step, and work just as hard as you do.

MY SECRET INGREDIENT IS INFORMATION DESIGN.

Which is a fancy way of saying that design is so much more than just a pretty face. It takes into account user experience, information architecture and presenting the information in a clear and concise way.

It’s the sliced bread of the design world, making yours and your clients life easier one piece at a time.

LET'S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER

I’m Megan the Creative Director + Owner of Little Dot Creative. From a very young age I always admired branding and loved watching companies evolve and adapt their style. This translated into an almost feverish hoarding of fonts and graphics so that I could learn how to create logos, mood boards and styles of my own.

I followed my passion for design to Mount Royal University in Calgary, Canada where I received my Bachelor of Communications in Information Design.

After a few years of suffering through companies I didn’t love,  while freelancing on the side, I decided it was time to put away the horrible bosses and start my company once and for-all. And now i'm here to help you with your business, and ensure you have that consistent cohesive look to book those clients you dream about.
