Business Planning & Goal Setting Workshop

Business Planning & Goal Setting Workshop

This business planning and goal setting workshop will walk you through how to create goals (that support the life you want to live), and how to break them down into action steps and sprints so that you know what each stage of 2019 looks like. Imagine having your entire 2019 year planned before it even starts. Together we will brainstorm, vocalize our goals in a safe and supportive space, and create a plan to make it happen.

Those who fail to plan, plan to fail. More than 80% of small business owners don’t keep track of business goals. People with written goals are 50% more likely to achieve than people without goals and setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.

This workshop will be a mix of education and walking you through how to create goals, and action steps to make them happen, but also doing the work for your business so you walk away with a solid plan before the year even begins.

What we'll cover:

  • Evaluating your business (what's working, what's not)

  • Discovering your why

  • Goal Setting and Reviewing your 2018 financials

  • Creating your business plan and goals for 2019
